If Roadlume offers customer accounts or account-based features, you are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account to the extent permitted by law.
Notify Roadlume promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or restrict account access when reasonably necessary to protect the customer, Roadlume, other users, or the integrity of the website.

Product information is intended to help you make an informed choice.
Roadlume offers automotive electronics and connected-car technology, including audio, infotainment, cameras, navigation, connectivity, diagnostics, tracking, security, remote-access, charging, power, and related accessories.
We aim to present product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, features, included components, and compatibility information as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen colors, finishes, packaging, accessories, and product appearance may vary from how they appear on a device display or from manufacturer updates.
Compatibility matters.Product listings do not replace vehicle-specific inspection, installation instructions, manufacturer documentation, or professional assessment where those are reasonably needed.
03 / Pricing & availability
Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change prospectively without notice. Taxes or other charges required by law may be added at checkout. Free shipping applies to Roadlume products under the store rules stated on the website unless a specific transaction clearly states otherwise.
We may correct typographical, pricing, availability, specification, promotional, or other errors before or after an order is submitted. If an accepted order is materially affected by an error, we may contact you with available options or cancel and refund the affected transaction as required by applicable law.
04 / Orders
An order is subject to acceptance and availability.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated confirmation shows that Roadlume received the order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping limitations, obvious errors, or violations of these terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the affected amount will be refunded or reversed using an appropriate method, subject to the processing practices of the payment provider and applicable law.

You authorize payment for the amount shown at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction, including taxes and other charges shown before order submission.
Payment processing may be performed by third-party providers subject to their own terms and security practices. Roadlume may use fraud-prevention and verification measures and may request additional information when reasonably necessary to protect customers and transactions.
06 / Promotions & discounts
Automatic savings apply when the stated eligibility conditions are met.
Email subscribers receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount after successful subscription, with no discount code required. Selected promotional products may receive an automatic 20% discount, also without a code. Promotional eligibility, product selection, timing, exclusions, and availability may be adjusted prospectively unless a specific offer states otherwise.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order unless Roadlume expressly agrees or applicable law requires otherwise. If multiple automatic offers could apply to the same item or transaction, the checkout presentation controls unless the offer terms expressly state that discounts may be combined.
07 / Shipping & delivery
Roadlume offers free shipping with a standard 3–5 calendar day delivery window.
Delivery estimates begin when the order is processed according to the information shown for the transaction. Delivery timing may be affected by address accuracy, carrier operations, severe weather, transportation interruptions, security review, holidays, or other circumstances outside Roadlume’s reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a shipment is returned, delayed, or misdelivered because of inaccurate information provided at checkout, additional handling may be required before the order can be completed.

Free returns and exchanges are available within 30 days.
Roadlume provides free returns and exchanges within 30 days under the store rules and the applicable return instructions presented on the website. Products should be returned in the condition required by the applicable return process, with relevant accessories, components, and order information.
Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable refund, return, warranty, or consumer-protection rights available under applicable law.

Roadlume website content is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Roadlume names, branding, website design elements, original copy, graphics, icons, photography owned or licensed by Roadlume, and other protected content may be subject to trademark, copyright, or other rights. You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping and information purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit protected content without appropriate permission.
Manufacturer names, logos, product names, and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Some Roadlume functions depend on services operated by other providers.
Payments, shipping, analytics, communications, tracking, embedded tools, social platforms, and other functions may involve third-party services. Their availability, content, security, and terms are controlled by the applicable providers to the extent they operate those services.
Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience or functionality and do not make Roadlume responsible for those third parties’ independent acts, content, policies, or services except where applicable law provides otherwise.
12 / Warranties
Product warranties are governed by the warranty terms that apply to the product.
Some products may include manufacturer or product-specific warranty coverage. Any such warranty is governed by its stated terms, duration, exclusions, and claim procedures. Roadlume product support can help customers identify available warranty information where applicable.
Except for express warranties stated for a product and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. Roadlume does not guarantee that every website function will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, vehicle, or third-party service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer law or another applicable law gives you protections or rights that must apply regardless of this choice.
Before starting a formal dispute, we encourage you to contact Roadlume so we can try to understand and resolve the issue. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from using a court or other remedy that applicable law makes available.
16 / Suspension & termination
Access may be restricted when necessary to protect the store or enforce these terms.
Roadlume may suspend or terminate website access, account access, or specific features when reasonably necessary because of unlawful activity, fraud, security risk, abuse, repeated violations, or other material breaches of these terms.
